Dear students: My name is Denise and I'm a professional singer with a singing master's degree from Catalonia's Music College (ESMUC) specialized in Historical Singing, Musicology and Music Education. My experience runs mostly in early and classical music with an active performing life, nevertheless I also have the experience and knowledge of popular musical styles such as Latin-American folk, jazz and musicals. Y ahí es cuando puedes forzarte sin querer y acabar sin voz o incluso desarrollando una patología vocal. La voz es un instrumento complejo y que requiere de un importante nivel de coordinación y conciencia corporal. In this course, we will see the position of the body, arms and fingers, the basic chords as well as the optimal sound technique to play the guitar without parasite sound. Then, we will see the left hand technique, right hand and the basic scales, to play simple pieces. For the voice, we will use breathing, the basic scale and specific techniques, to be able to adjust your voice according to the musical register that suits you.

Me gusta potenciar la lectura a primera vista, la improvisación y sobre todo que mis alumnos disfruten tocando y sean autónomos al instrumento.
